Annette Yucha is an exemplary hospitality executive in the Southeast. She specializes in project management, leadership, client relations, operational infrastructure, sales, and training. She recently expanded her expertise to facilitate enterprise partnerships between progressive companies within Champa Bay‘s innovation ecosystem. Annette represents the perfect example of a “well-rounded executive” by exceeding corporate milestones while bolstering her business acumen through her rigorous certification course regimen.

Annette discusses her newest venture with Phoenix Portfolio Partners, a one-stop shop for anyone who wants to strengthen their business portfolio. They provide the best everything that’s needed to create a strong portfolio to make you stand out in your particular field of business. She says that Phoenix Portfolio Partners will help create a strong foundation that will give you the edge over your competitors, allowing you to grow your brand to the next level.

When asked about what inspired her to become an entrepreneur, she said, “breaking down the barriers around her allowed her to see the bigger picture.” It motivated her to be more and more successful, and this also made her realize that she needed to believe in herself because she knew she was putting all her effort into her work.

She continues by saying, “Any business venture involves risks, challenges, and mistakes. These are the barriers that every entrepreneur or business executive will have to experience as it paves the way for future success.” One of the biggest challenges Annette is currently facing is having to move to different roles and learn to adapt all over again. She said this indirectly helped her break more barriers as it pushed her outside of her comfort zone.

A lesson that she learned is that it’s crucial to listen and analyze before speaking, to speak with purpose and not just to react. She continues to explain that sometimes she did catch herself making mistakes by not following through on certain projects, and this helped her reflect on herself, which made her realize other ways to go about certain issues for the betterment of the company.

If there was one piece of advice Annette could give to anyone who aspires to be an entrepreneur, is to always be aware of who you are and what you have to give. She emphasizes making sure you give it your all, even if you have to make a few sacrifices along the way.

Annette is continuously inspired by love, kindness, living life, her family, friends, and, last but not the least, people that are truly passionate about their careers.
